Raspberry Pi is a great learning platform. It's getting more and more powerful. However I feel like they should focus on more features instead of more power.
That said, I definitely think it's worth the money. Give it a shot!

It has 2GB of RAM, 2GHz processor, and even has some GPU capabilities! The Raspberry pi 4 can replace your web browsing computer with ease.
